26 Days of Music - S - Short People by Randy Newman

Continuing the 26 days of music, S is for "Short People". This one always makes me think of my mum. Two versions:

I think I actually prefer the second one, because it's so funny...

OK, I not only listened to both of those, but I could not resist clicking on one of the sidebars and listening to the Chipmunk version!
I love a song that can make a point with humor!

But through all three versions, I could not help but wish that someone would make a vid featuring that song and hobbits...

I'm incorrigible, I know.

I know. It's just begging to be made into a Hobbit video, isn't it?

And of course, all of the scenes used should be the ones where the hobbits are being bold and getting the better of Big People! (Like Sam using the frying pan on the orc in Moria, or Sam, Merry and Pippin challenging Strider at the Pony, or Merry on the Pellenor, or Pippin getting that big orc in Minas Tirith.)

Actually, I can think of better scenes I'd like to see, but they were only in the books, so alas must make do with what was in the movies. But it's only wishful thinking, since I have no vidding ability. *sigh*
