Apparently, today will be a day of random Sherlock thoughts strolling through my bread and my saying out loud: "Because, just... damn." This has happened three times today already in front of three different people.

I really should be more critical, because there was quite a lot not to like and I'm not blind to it, and I'm also still not sure it made up for the first two episodes. My guess, though, is there will be time for the more critical work later. Today I am not angsting. I do not need a shock blanket. I feel like dancing, or deducing, or something. Probably both.

Because, just... damn.

Hold all these thoughts, for another month or so, if you can *grin*. I've not yet seen any of them, though I did cheat and read a transcript of "The Empty Hearse". But I think there will be definitely fodder for discussion for a long time to come, yes?

And a long time to discuss it in, if history holds. TOday I am filing things in my mind palace and reliving it. I'll be here in a few weeks. Most likely rewatching the episodes right along side you.
