Meme #1: taken from FaceBook, although at the moment I can’t remember from whom exactly.

Ask me a question about me, or my fic, or my views on some issue, or anything at all really, and I’ll answer.

I find this one pretty fascinating because the questions people ask often tell me about that person or at least our relationship. But I will try not to head-shrink you too much.

 

Meme #2: my own, but sort of inspired by another from Ruby Nye

Choose a character you know I like and ask me any question about my views on that character. His secret fear, his darkest secret, his closest relationship, whatever.  I’ll even talk meta – why I like him, or hate him, etc. Basically, take meme#1 and sub “a question about Frodo” (or whomever) for “a question about me.”

 

Meme #3: from Ruby Nye via samalander:

Pick any passage of 500 words or less from any story I’ve written, and comment to this post with that selection. I will then give you the equivalent of a DVD commentary on that snippet: what I was thinking when I wrote it, why I wrote it in the first place, what’s going on in the character’s heads, why I chose certain words, what this moment means in the context of the rest of the fic, lots of awful puns, and anything else that you’d expect to find on a DVD commentary track.

My fic is short enough I think I could do it for most of my stories. But the more specific you want to be, the better a response you’ll probably get.
