I just ate almost an entire pint of Ben & Jerry's pistachio ice cream because... it existed.

I think this qualifies as my akratic act of the day, more so than fic-writing, and a sign that I should go to bed before I can eat the rest of it.

I still have an unopened box of LOTR-themed Valentines I bought in 2004. Every year I mean to send some to my fannish friends, and every year I can't find them until it is too late...

Well, I wouldn't say no to a little Boromir in March. Maybe send them out for Tolkien Reading Day on March 25 this year? But I know the feeling. I have probably fifty or sixty Christmas cards that I put in the mail the day before I was leaving town for Christmas but forgot to put postage on so the PO returned them. Then when I got back I had hit my head and before I knew it it was February.
