Lady Branwyn posted a piece by this artist as part of her advent series, only under her RL name rather than her internet handle. The style was reminiscent, so I went looking up Kasiopea only to discover they were the same artist. I’d feel a little idiotic if I hadn’t rediscovered this comic.

Do check it out, but make sure you don’t have anything to do for several hours. It’s addictive in the best possible way.

OH! I absolutely ADORE her "wee boromir and even wee-er Faramir" comic! It's one of my favorites. And I also love her other LotR art!

I've often thought that an animated LotR would be perfect if they used HER art to do it!

I'd see that animated version of Lord of the Rings. And post-Bakshi, those are words I never thought I'd type again. I'm glad I was able to bring you that much joy.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for reminding me of her wonderful art. The comics are hilarious and her other LotR pictures are breathtaking: "Maglor took pity upon Elros and Elrond" anyone?

Oh yes, so many of them are simply brilliant. A lot of the Gondor ones have provided inspiration for my own fics: Boromir and Faramir III inspired "A Steward's Dreams", and A Lesson of Swordsmanship, the first scene in "Pride and Despair." They really are marvelous pieces.
