It's interesting, for all that the Noldolante appears in fanfic, it only gets the one reference in the Slmarillion (so far as I can find). Do the other books make a bigger deal of it? Or is it just one of those motifs that makes for good fanfic?
I think I will always have a soft spot for Maglor as a rather "conflicted artist" type. He is certainly the son of Feanor I find it easiest to explore. Thanks for reading this; I'm glad you found it interesting.
