martasficToday's signature accomplishment: opening the bottle of coke.
That's not quite as pitiful as you'd think. The ring hadn't been perforated from the cap, so there was a steak-knife involved to saw it open. Then a butter knife and fork to wedget it apart and, when at last the bottom ring rotated but the top stayed put, much shouting followed by boiled water.
When I think of the ways this could have gone wrong... well. There's a reason I'm not allowed around sharp objects. :-)
