adventures in cooking

Tonight I tried out a recipe for pizza muffins (below). I was out of pepperoni so in an attempt to give it more taste added a bit of the pizza sauce to the batter in an effort not just to make cheesey biscuits. Because I don't cook much I didn't realize this would make it too moist. So for me it was a bit of a failure.

That said, the muffin tops were really tasy, and the recipe itself was easy enough for even a kitchen klutz for me to try. I think it would have worked really well if I hadn't fiddled around with it. In case anyone else wants to give it a try...
