(no subject)

I'm having a bit of a low holiday. I know I've not ben around here much and I'm hesitant to lead off with a detailed rehashing of just what makes it all a bit hard. But I'm especially thankful just now for folks whose stories and values and what-not come closer to my own. Friends rather than families, and friendships built around shared passions and hobbies particular. It makes me miss you and wish I made more timet to spend around here. I hope you're all having a nice holiday.

You know, I didn't mean to worry you, and now I suspect I've done it twice.

I don't think I ever saw any emails from you, but perhaps I missed them. I mainly use that email only when I'm expecting someone to try to contact me there, and if I'm not expecting it I tend not to pay much attention to the fandom email. I'm really sorry I didn't see what you said, and doubly sorry if I made you worry.

Was there anything you actually were still waiting on a response from, beta-wise? I'll look tomorrow and try to reply. Or were you just worried? I've probably got more than a touch of what you might call the "COVID blues": depression, loneliness, but mostly just beig overwhelmed by the days all bleeding together. So I'm not great or anything, but probably not noticeably bad by 2021 standards. I hope you're doing well, at least!

Again, I really am sorry for letting your emails go unanswered, and for keeping you waiting even here.

Hey, as for betaing, I had some additional questions for the last chapter, but in the end another friend helped me, so I posted everything weeks ago.
